What You Will Do

• Architect Core Subsystems: Drive the architectural definition, microarchitecture, and spec creation for high-performance datacenter blocks from scratch.
• Master HW/SW Co-Design: Collaborate directly with FW/SW teams to optimize end-to-end workload performance, latency, and throughput.
• Drive Technical Decision-Making: Define critical interfaces, control loops, and system integration strategies across the full silicon lifecycle.

What You Need to Succeed

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as an SoC or Subsystem Architect on complex, large-scale ASICs.
• Proven track record in defining microarchitecture for high-throughput, high-performance silicon.
• Deep understanding of complex HW/SW interfaces, data-flow optimization, and datacenter workloads.
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.

Big Advantages (Any of the following):

• Experience with high-speed interconnects & protocols (PCIe Gen 5/6, CXL, Ethernet, NVLink).
• Background in AI Accelerators, SmartNICs, High-Performance Compute (HPC), or Storage/Networking ASICs.
• Deep knowledge of high-bandwidth memory architecture (HBM, DDR5) and cache coherence.
