Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Go / Backend Software Engineer, joining a core engineering squad of 3–5 developers building high-throughput services and customer-facing interfaces for advanced cyber intelligence platforms.
• Leading core server-side development predominantly in Golang (Go), with complementary services in Node.js / TypeScript, and minor (~10%) touchpoints on modern React frontend interfaces.
• Architecting, scaling, and maintaining resilient Microservices handling massive, distributed intelligence and data feeds.
• Designing and optimizing high-performance data storage and streaming pipelines utilizing Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch within Kubernetes-orchestrated environments.
• Taking end-to-end technical ownership of feature lifecycles—from system design and data modeling to production deployment and low-latency tuning.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Cyber Researchers, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and DevOps/Platform teams.

Requirements-

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Backend Software Engineering – Mandatory
• Substantial, proven hands-on development expertise in Golang (Go) – Mandatory
• Deep expertise in Microservices Architectures, Distributed Systems, and High-Concurrency Platforms – Mandatory
• Strong experience working with modern databases and data stores (MongoDB, PostgreSQL / SQL, Redis, Elasticsearch) – Mandatory
• Experience with message brokers and event streaming (Kafka / RabbitMQ) – Mandatory
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) – Significant Advantage
• Proficiency or familiarity with Node.js, TypeScript, or basic frontend exposure (React) – Advantage
• Background in Offensive Cyber, Intelligence Platforms, Big Data Processing, or Complex SaaS Architectures – Significant Advantage
