Head Bookkeeper

We're hiring a Head Bookkeeper at GO-OUT.

GO-OUT is a vertically integrated ticketing and payments platform powering live events across Israel, Greece, Cyprus, and more.

Our transactional volume runs through multiple entities, multiple currencies, and multiple payment providers. We're looking for the person who owns the books behind it.

What you'll do

• Own the full monthly and quarterly close across our Israeli, Cypriot, and US entities
• Produce monthly P&L and cash flow reports to a high professional standard, accurate and on schedule, for management and investors
• Manage intercompany reconciliations, multi-currency FX, and settlement reconciliation across our PSPs
• Handle VAT filings across jurisdictions, withholding reports, and statutory reporting
• Be the point of contact for our external auditors and tax advisors
• Build the processes and controls that let finance scale with the business
• Report directly to the VP Finance

What we're looking for

• Certified bookkeeper, Type 3 (מנהל חשבונות סוג 3) or equivalent
• 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping, including ownership of a full close cycle
• Proven ability to independently prepare P&L and cash flow reports at management-reporting quality
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency environments - a strong advantage
• Comfortable working in English with international advisors and partners
• Someone who improves the system, not just operates it
• Experience with Priority ERP or similar

• Payments, marketplace, or fintech background
• Experience working with Big 4 auditors
• Experience with Morning or similar
• Experience with Stripe or similar
