Located in central Tel Aviv (Sarona district, walking distance from train stations), operating on a hybrid work model with 2 days WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Serving as a foundational AI Agent / LLM Software Engineer, joining the core engineering team and reporting directly to the Head of Engineering and Founders.
• Taking end-to-end technical ownership of the design, implementation, and production deployment of Autonomous AI Agents and Agentic Workflows that power the core platform.
• Developing production-grade software infrastructure in Python on top of AWS cloud architecture, ensuring low-latency real-time inference and high system reliability.
• Translating high-level product requirements and conversational intelligence concepts into robust, scalable, and deterministic multi-agent architectures (Tool Use, Structured Outputs, Context Management, Memory).
• Experimenting with, evaluating, and fine-tuning state-of-the-art LLMs, multi-modal audio/text processing pipelines, and agent evaluation frameworks (Evals).
• Working closely with company leadership to shape the technical foundation, architecture, and engineering culture of the company from the ground up.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical degree / Alumni of an Elite IDF Technological Unit – Mandatory
• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience (strong proficiency in Python) – Mandatory
• 1+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in AI Engineering / LLM Application Development / Agentic AI Systems – Mandatory
• Proven experience working in Fast-Paced, Early-Stage Startup Environments – Mandatory
• Solid hands-on experience with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS) and building services deployed into Production – Mandatory
• Practical familiarity with Agentic frameworks, Prompt Engineering, RAG/Retrieval architectures, and LLM Orchestration – Significant Advantage
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, high independence, and proactive problem-solving capabilities – Mandatory
