Fiverr is looking for a Buyer to join our Operations team!

The Buyer will be part of the Procurement team, and work closely with HR, Facilities, and Marketing teams.

We're looking for a unique individual who excels in high-pressure environments and exhibits keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organization, masterful multitasking abilities, strong negotiation capabilities, and a commitment to exceptional teamwork.

Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.

Requirements:

2-3 years experience in Global indirect Procurement role
Experience with large-scale purchasing methods and negotiations
Experience with ERP systems & Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - mandatory
Experience in project management- an advantage

What am I going to do?:

Global indirect purchasing focal point: manage Purchase Orders end to end, from issue to delivery
Reduce Global Company costs & improve terms
Handling negotiations and contracts end to end, working with all relevant stakeholders (Legal, Finance, etc)
Conduct market research and sourcing new services and suppliers
Day to day vendor management
Providing excellent service to the relevant departments
Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
