Lead Product Manager

Wanted: Product Lead for a Mobile Gaming company in the Central District. This is a very rewarding full-time and Hybrid position.

The chosen candidate will take complete ownership of the strategy, development, and growth of original mobile gaming titles within an agile, fast-scaling startup environment. This high-impact role offers a unique opportunity to directly shape global player experiences, drive core monetization strategies, and lead end-to-end execution alongside a close-knit team of creators. It is an exceptional chance for an entrepreneurial product leader to merge data-driven execution with creative game vision and see their direct impact on live products.

Job Responsibilities:

● Define and execute the overarching product vision, roadmap, and strategic goals for original mobile games, aligning player experience with commercial impact.

● Own product feature lifecycles end-to-end, writing detailed PRDs, user flows, wireframes, and user stories while managing R&D backlog prioritization.

●Design, launch, and analyze A/B experiments, defining success KPIs and leveraging behavioral data to continually optimize player retention, engagement, and revenue.

● Work cross-functionally with Game Design, R&D, Analytics, Marketing, and Monetization to ensure seamless feature execution and live-ops performance.

Job Requirements:

● 4+ years of hands-on product management or product leadership experience within the mobile gaming industry.

● Proven track record of taking mobile game features through the full product lifecycle, from concept and launch to post-release optimization.

● Deeply data-driven mindset with extensive experience defining KPIs, analyzing user behavior, and conducting rigorous A/B experimentation.

● Strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills, with a thrive-in-ambiguity mindset tailored for fast-paced startups.

● Passion for mobile games and player-centric design; BA/BSc in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus.
