Full Stack Engineer

Wanted: Fullstack Developer for an eCommerce & AI company in the Sharon Area. This is a very rewarding full-time and Hybrid position.

The chosen candidate will spearhead the development of next-generation, AI-driven products, building autonomous AI Agents and scalable GenAI workflows from end to end. Job Responsibilities:

● Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI Agents and Generative AI features to automate eCommerce operations, catalog optimization, and customer service workflows.

● Architect and scale robust backend services integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), advanced RAG architectures, and Vector Databases.

● Develop intuitive, high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript to present rich AI-driven insights and user experiences.

● Own the complete end-to-end AI product pipeline in a fast-moving setup, including prompt engineering, system design, cloud deployment, and performance monitoring.

Job Requirements:

● B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

● 3+ years of hands-on Fullstack development experience using Node.js, React, TypeScript, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.

● Proven experience working in small startups, bringing a high degree of independence, agility, and product-driven problem-solving skills.

● Hands-on experience building production-grade AI applications integrated with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and RAG architectures.
