Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of recruitment processes from end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer stages.
• Source and attract candidates through social media platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
• Conduct professional face-to-face and virtual interviews and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Coordinate recruitment processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and follow up with candidates throughout the process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and social media recruitment.
• Experience conducting face-to-face interviews.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proactive, independent, and people-oriented approach.
• High level of English – written and spoken.
