Customer Service & Back Office Representative

Job Description:

Entrypoint Group is recruiting candidates for a variety of customer service, Back Office, administrative, and operational positions with leading companies.

The available opportunities include customer service, sales operations, order processing, supplier and customer coordination, import coordination, administration, and office management roles.

We are looking for service-oriented, organized, and responsible individuals who enjoy working with people, computerized systems, and multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing service and assistance to customers by phone, email, and digital channels

• Handling inquiries, orders, documents, and system updates

• Supporting sales representatives and internal stakeholders

• Monitoring processes and ensuring each request is handled from start to finish

• Working with CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office systems

• Coordinating with suppliers, customers, and shipping companies

• Providing ongoing administrative and operational support

• Managing calendars, meetings, and office tasks, depending on the position

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, Back Office, administration, or operations is an advantage

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized work environments

• Strong customer service skills, organization, and ability to work independently

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Fluent Hebrew and at least a basic level of English

• Availability for a full-time position
