We are hiring a Sales Specialist for the most advanced surgical system -

da Vinci® Robotic Surgical System.

🔹Key Responsibilities:

• Drive adoption of innovative surgical technology in hospitals across Israel
• Lead and support sales processes, expanding market presence and partnerships
• Collaborate closely with surgeons and medical staff in the operating room
• Conduct market analysis and implement impactful marketing strategies
• Collaborating with top-tier surgeons and senior medical teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, senior medical teams, biomedical engineers, and procurement departments
• Operate regularly in hospital and operating room environments

🔹Requirements:

• Proven track record in medical device sales – mandatory (strong advantage in surgical equipment)
• Relevant academic degree- mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• High service orientation with strong interpersonal abilities
• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence key stakeholders

This is a field-based role based in the North of Israel, requiring regular on-site presence in hospitals and operating rooms.
