Procurement Buyer

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Procurement Buyer with background in end-to-end procurement process management within a project-based environment, strong capabilities in leading complex supplier negotiations, and proven experience managing cross-functional interfaces.

Location: Tel Aviv, Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Procurement Management: Supplier sourcing, requesting and analyzing quotes, price comparison, contract negotiation, and agreement finalization.
• Operational Purchasing: Purchase order management, delivery tracking, invoice approvals, and schedule monitoring.
• Interface Management: Ongoing collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and both local and international suppliers.
• ERP System Operation: Working within ERP systems, with a strong preference for Priority experience.
• Data Analysis: Data extraction, analysis, and report generation using Excel.

Requirements

• Experience in the Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy sectors (with an emphasis on Green Energy).
• Proven experience working with subcontractors.
• Bachelor’s degree or Practical Engineering diploma (Practical Engineer) in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Procurement Buyer in a project-based environment.
• Strong background in commercial negotiations and vendor management.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; experience with Priority is a major advantage.
