C++ Backend Engineer

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and optimize complex backend services in modern C++
• Build high-performance, scalable, and resilient distributed systems
• Contribute to system architecture, software design, and technical direction
• Drive modernization efforts, including decomposition of legacy monolithic systems into microservices
• Develop solutions in Linux-based environments with a strong focus on performance and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams across the software stack
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on C++ software development experience
• Strong backend development background
• Experience developing production-grade software in Linux environments
• Deep understanding of software architecture and object-oriented design
• Experience working within engineering teams in Agile environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and systems-thinking mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microservices and Distributed Systems
• Experience migrating or refactoring large-scale monolithic applications
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with .NET Core
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and containerized environments
