We are looking for a Credit Risk Analytics Team Lead for a maternity leave cover at a fast-growing, global FinTech company.
If you are a strong analytical leader looking for a high-impact role, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a talented team and drive core credit strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of risk and credit analysts.
- Define and execute end-to-end credit risk strategies and analytical frameworks.
- Translate data insights into actionable business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with global cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Credit Strategy / Analytics within FinTech or global financial services.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams of analysts.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Fluent English.
