Supply Chain Planning Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Team Lead to join a dynamic global high-tech organization and take a key role in driving end-to-end planning and manufacturing execution.

This is a highly hands-on and operational position, working across Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Operations and global manufacturing partners. The role requires strong ownership, excellent planning capabilities, and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive end-to-end production and material planning activities.
• Serve as a key operational focal point for global manufacturing partners and subcontractors.
• Build and manage production plans aligned with demand, capacity and delivery requirements.
• Own material readiness, production schedules and delivery commitments.
• Manage MRP processes and monitor material availability to support continuous production.
• Work closely with Procurement on PO execution, supplier lead times, shortages and material availability.
• Drive shortage mitigation, expediting and recovery plans for critical and long-lead materials.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Operations and manufacturing partners to ensure BOM and production readiness.
• Monitor subcontractor execution, capacity and schedule performance and proactively identify risks.
• Develop and maintain operational visibility including WIP, shortages, inventory, supply availability and recovery status.
• Support NPI, production ramp-up and transition into volume manufacturing.
• Drive material allocation and production prioritization based on business needs.
• Lead cross-functional discussions and drive accountability and execution across a matrix organization.
• Work with global teams and suppliers across multiple time zones when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Production Planning or Material Planning.
• Proven experience in electronics manufacturing and complex global supply chains.
• Strong experience working with CMs, subcontractors and manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience with MRP and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management and inventory control.
• Proven ability to manage shortages, expediting and recovery plans under pressure.
• Strong analytical, organizational and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership presence and ability to drive execution across multiple interfaces.
• Advanced Excel skills – mandatory.
• Fluent English – mandatory.
