Sales Team Manager (B2C)

About Us

We help individuals and companies affected by online fraud and scams through forensic investigation and legal action. Our clients are primarily US-based, and we're a small, fast-moving team working directly with the founders.

The Role

We're looking for a Sales Team Manager to lead and grow our sales function. This is a night shift role until 5 AM, aligned with US business hours.

What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
• Own the sales pipeline from lead to close, working within our CRM
• Set and track team targets, KPIs, and conversion metrics
• Work directly with company leadership on strategy and growth

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing or leading a sales team
• B2C experience- a must
• Fluent English
• Comfortable with night shift hours
• Strong ownership mentality: independent, fast, results-driven
• Experience selling to or working with US clients is a strong advantage
