About The Role

We seek a pragmatic CoE Program Manager to drive R&D operations forward by bridging strategy and daily execution. This role involves collaborating with R&D, Product, and CoE Leadership to design workflows, configure tools, and ensure adoption. Ideal candidates are proactive operators passionate about AI productivity tools and influencing engineering and product team delivery.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager COE, you will be responsible for:

• Translating strategy, frameworks, and leadership decisions into seamless execution across various units and squads for effective enablement.
• Leading cross-functional taskforces and operational initiatives to streamline workflows, support executive decisions, and align execution across units.
• Partnering directly with leads to onboard teams, tailor continuous improvement processes, provide coaching, and elevate delivery performance.
• Guiding squads as a change agent through methodology, process, and cultural transformations.
• Maintaining data standards while building actionable dashboards /tools and shaping a continuous learning culture.
• Championing modern AI tools like Claude Code and Gemini to automate repetitive tasks and build cross units framework standards.
• Building trust across units and teams through training, communication channels, and continuous learning.
• Configuring custom Jira workflows, boards, fields, and Confluence spaces to eliminate friction for developers.
  
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will:

• 4+ years experience in project management, tech ops, delivery teams, or Scrum Master roles within an R&D/tech environment.
• Have excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and Atlassian toolsspecifically Jira, Confluence, Jira Plans, Structure, and related add-ons.
• Have the ability to drive organizational change: Experience evaluating operational processes, implementing scalable frameworks, and optimizing workflow execution across R&D teams.
• Demonstrate expertise in creating dashboards, analyzing delivery metrics, and utilizing data/AI to uncover trends and mitigate project risks promptly.
• Have hands-on experience using Claude Code, Gemini, and Generative AI for documentation, reporting, and workflow automation to boost team delivery speed.
• Demonstrate communication and leadership skills to effectively engage and influence diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders, including contributors and executives.
• Have a forward-thinking, curious mindset with a passion for experimenting with emerging technologies and hands-on problem-solving.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence, active listening, teamwork, empathy, collaboration, and exceptional communication skills while ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish.
