About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead impactful technical projects across R&D. This role oversees initiatives from requirements to delivery, optimizing operations using automation and data insights. Responsibilities include aligning stakeholders such as engineering teams, product managers, and executives to ensure smooth delivery, transparency, and effective risk management.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing complex technical projects end-to-end through close cross-functional team collaboration.
• Aligning technical strategy and business goals with fast, efficient software delivery.
• Orchestrating program increment planning, timelines, backlog priorities, risks, evaluate technical trade-off sand critical dependencies.
• Establishing transparent reporting dashboards, Jira structures, and data visualization tools for leadership
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies, team routines, and clear communication channels across all stakeholders.
• Overseeing release schedules, testing cycles, and critical cross-functional integration points.
• Guiding squads as a change agent through methodology, process, and cultural transformations.
  
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will:

• 10+ years of project management or PMO experience in software development
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks, Jira (Plans, Structure etc.), and Confluence tools
• Demonstrate hands-on experience using generative AI tools (calude code, Gemini etc.) and automated project workflows.
• Show proven ability evaluating R&D processes to align strategic goals with operational execution
• Have to master data management and metrics visualization to deliver clear predictive analytics and identify risks early
• Demonstrate clear project leadership and communication skills to align and influence diverse stakeholder teams effectively.
• Bring a curious, self-motivated mindset with a passion for experimenting with modern AI solutions.
