GRC Specialist

COMBLACK is hiring a GRC Specialist for a leading organization!

What will you do?

• Conduct end-to-end risk assessments, identify gaps, and develop recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Write and update procedures, policies, and Governance documents.
• Work with various stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead cross-organizational GRC processes.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in GRC / Governance, Risk & Compliance roles – mandatory.
• Significant experience conducting in-house risk assessments – mandatory.
• Experience writing procedures, policies, and Governance documents – mandatory.
• Experience identifying gaps, analyzing risks, and recommending controls and risk mitigation plans.
• Familiarity with standards and methodologies such as ISO 27001, NIST, or COBIT – an advantage.
