We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team.

The Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist will report directly to the company's DOF and will play a key role in managing the company's day-to-day financial records, as well as Israeli and global payroll processes.

In this role, you won't just keep the books—you'll play a pivotal part in shaping our financial operations, managing end-to-end payroll operations, improving processes, and ensuring our financial accuracy as we scale. What You'll Do

• Master the AP Cycle: Take full ownership of Accounts Payable, from expense approvals and invoice recording to payment runs and vendor/credit card reconciliations
• End-to-End Payroll Management: Process and manage monthly payroll, attendance tracking, benefit calculations, and pay slip distribution accurately and on time
• Cash & Reconciliations: Handle customer payment receipts, maintain accurate bank reconciliations, and manage the company's burn report
• Payroll & Authority Reporting: Prepare and submit statutory reports to tax and pension authorities (102, 126, pension/study funds) and maintain strict compliance with labor laws
• Systems & Efficiency: Support the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of Priority and payroll systems
• Global Operations: Maintain controls and reconciliations over intercompany transactions and balances across global entities
• Period-End Ownership: Active involvement in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including balance sheet, P&L, and payroll journal entries and reconciliations
• Employee Expenses & Benefits: Review and record employee travel/expense reimbursements and manage employee benefit administration
• Agile Support: Bring your can-do attitude to various ad-hoc projects and strategic tasks within the finance team
  
  

• Certification: Bookkeeping Certificate (Type 3) and Certified Payroll Controller (חשב/ת שכר מוסמך/ת)
• Experience: Solid bookkeeping and payroll experience, ideally within the high-tech industry or a fast-paced environment
• Software Savvy: Hands-on experience with Priority is a must; experience with payroll software (Michpal) and advanced MS Excel skills are strong advantages
• Labor Law & Tax Expertise: Deep understanding of Israeli labor laws, tax regulations, pension schemes, and ITA reporting requirements
• Global Communication: High-level English (both written and verbal) to collaborate smoothly with international team members
• Personal Traits: Exceptionally organized, detail-driven, trustworthy with sensitive data, and a true team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional setting
