Technology Operations Lead

We are looking for a Technology Operations Lead to join our team and drive impactful change across a large-scale, agile technology organization.

About the role:

As a Technology Operations Lead, you will play a key role in enhancing delivery capabilities across multiple agile departments.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leading initiatives that improve productivity, optimize processes, and accelerate delivery across the organization.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead business and technology initiatives with a strong process, system, and product perspective.
• Drive organizational transformation and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support and guide agile teams across departments to achieve higher performance and delivery excellence.
• Analyze and optimize processes, focusing on adopting advanced tools, automation, and modern methodologies (Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, AI, etc.).
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and barriers- and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
• Implement management frameworks, routines, and data-driven decision-making (KPIs, dashboards).
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, technology, and leadership teams.

Nice to have:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
