Mertens MalamTeam is looking for an experienced System Administrator to join a leading defense organization in Central Israel

Join a central technology team supporting diverse projects and infrastructures while working closely with customers, engineers, and managers

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end IT solutions for projects, including infrastructure, IT environments, and endpoint products

Upgrade, deploy, integrate, maintain, and monitor systems and technologies across local and remote sites

Operate and manage information security systems

Build and manage isolated, virtual, and physical environments using VMware and Microsoft technologies while providing customer-focused technical support

Lead IT projects and processes across diverse technology environments

Requirements

At least 5 years of proven hands-on IT experience

Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure, including AD, DHCP, GPO, and DNS deployment and administration

Experience with Windows operating systems and Windows Servers

Experience supporting endpoints including laptops, workstations, tablets, and customer products

Scripting capabilities using PowerShell and Bash

Experience with VMware version 7 or higher, including installation, operation, and maintenance

Experience with Hyper-V virtual environments

Familiarity with DELL, HPE, and SuperMicro server hardware, endpoints, and workstations

Willingness to travel abroad
