What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the company’s budgeting processes, including planning, monitoring, and forecasting.
• Track and analyze Actual vs. Budget performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Analyze KPIs, identify trends and variances, and translate data into business recommendations.
• Leverage BI and AI tools to analyze market trends and support data-driven decision-making.
• Perform company-wide macro-level financial controls and identify areas requiring attention.
• Conduct costing, pricing, and business analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Investigate unusual data and performance deviations, identify root causes, and highlight business implications.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Economist / Financial Analyst – required
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Accounting – required
• Advanced Excel skills – required
• Experience working in the Finance/Economics department of an industrial company – required
• Experience with company-wide financial controls, costing, and business analysis – required
• Hands-on experience building and managing company budgets – required
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw clear business conclusions.
• Experience analyzing data and presenting insights to senior management.

Advantage
