Senior Business Analyst

Join a leading financial organization and take a key role in analyzing and defining complex

financial processes and systems, with a strong focus on Mortgage and Credit domains. As a

Senior Business Analyst, you will translate business needs into detailed functional

specifications and work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA

throughout the full project lifecycle.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Mortgage or

Credit processes within the financial sector, who can combine deep business understanding

with a strong systems-oriented perspective.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze and define complex financial business processes and system requirements
• Understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional specifications
• Write comprehensive functional specifications covering both business processes and technological aspects
• Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA
• Support the development and testing processes through implementation
• Analyze processes and interfaces across multiple systems
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive tasks forward in a complex organizational environment
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis and writing detailed
• functional specifications - Must
• Hands-on experience in Mortgage or Credit within a bank, credit card company, or other financial institution - Must
• Strong experience translating business needs into functional requirements - Must
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA -Must
• Systems analysis experience - Advantage
• Experience analyzing cross-system processes, interfaces, and integrations – Advantage
• Strong analytical skills, independent learning abilities, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills
