We’re Hiring: System Assembler

📍 Petah Tikva, Israel

Sky Sapience is a growing, family-oriented technology company developing and manufacturing advanced tethered drone systems, and we’re looking for a System Assembler to join our production team.

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who is highly organized, precise, responsible, and able to take ownership.

What You'll Do

• Assemble mechanical and electronic systems.
• Work with drawings, instructions, and 3D models.
• Build prototypes and production systems.
• Work closely with our engineering team.
• Identify problems, ask questions, and suggest improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with delicate, precise, and complex hands-on work.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong technical ability and good hands-on skills.
• A responsible person who thinks ahead, takes initiative, and does not wait to be told every step.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Comfortable speaking up when something does not look or work right.
• Experience with mechanical or electronic assembly, wiring, drones, robotics, technical drawings, or 3D models is a plus.
