Cyber Risk & Vulnerability Management Lead

Location: Tel Aviv | Large organization | Full-time

A large organization in Tel Aviv is looking for a cyber professional with broad technological understanding, strong process leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-organizational cyber defense processes.

This role connects cybersecurity, technology, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, with real ownership over how the organization identifies, prioritizes, monitors, and reduces cyber risks.

What will you do?

• Lead the end-to-end management of security findings and vulnerabilities, from detection through security tools, analysis and prioritization, to remediation tracking and closure
• Work closely with IT, infrastructure, technology teams, project managers, and senior stakeholders
• Translate security findings into practical remediation actions and support teams throughout the process
• Manage multiple cyber risk processes and tasks in parallel, while prioritizing according to risk level and timelines
• Build managerial and technological visibility through reports, data analysis, trend monitoring, and remediation status tracking
• Ensure that significant cyber risks are addressed on time
• Support the development of procedures, standards, and work processes that strengthen the organization’s cyber defense posture
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead process optimization, automation, and implementation of new technologies in cyber risk management

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Information Security or technology project management - Must
• Experience working with technical teams and leading processes while managing and prioritizing risks
• Significant experience with cyber monitoring and defense tools, including vulnerability scanning tools and SIEM systems - Must
• Strong understanding of Information Security, Cyber, Information Systems, and IT infrastructure - Must
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive processes to completion
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand technological issues and propose practical solutions
• Ability to work independently in a multi-interface environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with technical teams and senior stakeholders
