About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior System & Infrastructure Lead to take ownership of the organization's IT infrastructure, with a strong hands-on focus across Linux, Windows, NetApp, virtualization, cloud, Active Directory, and automation.

The role includes close collaboration with R&D and DevOps teams, as well as leveraging AI tools to improve infrastructure operations and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Systems: Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows environments, VMware/KVM virtualization, and AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure.
• NetApp Storage: Own the architecture and day-to-day management of NetApp ONTAP, including Volumes, Snapshots, Qtrees, replication, and performance optimization.
• Identity & Security: Manage Active Directory, GPO, Entra ID, users, permissions, and hybrid identity environments.
• Backup & Automation: Manage backup/DR solutions and develop automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and Ansible.
• R&D / DevOps: Provide infrastructure support to development teams, build and maintain DEV/QA/Production environments, and support CI/CD processes.
• AI & Innovation: Leverage AI/LLM tools for scripting, automation, log analysis, and complex troubleshooting.

Requirements

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in System / Infrastructure Administration in medium-to-large organizations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP.
• 3+ years of hands-on Linux administration – Ubuntu / Red Hat / CentOS.
• Strong experience with VMware/KVM and AWS/Azure.
• Strong experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, GPOs, and permissions management.
• Experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python and/or Ansible.
• Proven experience working closely with R&D / DevOps teams.
