Recruitment Specialist

Our Client is looking for a hands-on, experienced Recruiter to join the team and take ownership of end-to-end hiring across a variety of roles. This a small firm and the job is part time.

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from intake and role definition through sourcing, interviews, offer and closing.
• Proactively source and engage relevant candidates through LinkedIn, networks, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for experience, capabilities, motivation and fit.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Keep hiring processes moving, ensuring a professional and responsive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Use recruiting data and market insights to identify bottlenecks, improve processes and support better hiring decisions.
• Contribute to improving recruiting practices, tools and processes as the company grows.

• 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably in technology. Experience from an recruitment agency or similar.
• Part time work ( 50%)
• Strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Experience managing recruitment processes independently from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Strong partnership skills and confidence
• Good judgment and the ability to distinguish between a strong CV and a genuinely strong match.
• Organized, proactive and comfortable managing several searches simultaneously.
• Fluent Hebrew
