Located in Central Tel Aviv or the Northern Sharon / Coastal region (both within short walking distance from train stations), operating on a hybrid work model with 1 day WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Firmware System Architect, driving the architectural definition, technical roadmap, and system-level design for next-generation AI Silicon, SoCs, and complex hardware platforms.
• Architecting core, high-performance Firmware platforms, defining hardware-software abstractions, register-level interfaces, and execution flows from concept through silicon tape-out and mass deployment.
• Defining clear architectural interfaces (APIs, HAL, Low-Level Protocols) bridging underlying silicon hardware with host software drivers, runtime environments, and OS layers.
• Leading key technological decisions, trade-off analyses, and architecture governance across multidisciplinary engineering groups.
• Overseeing complex technical problem-solving during initial Chip Bring-Up, silicon validation, hardware-software integration, and productization phases.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Silicon/ASIC Designers, Hardware Engineers, Low-Level Software Architects, and AI System teams.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from a Top-Tier Israeli Academic University – Mandatory
• 1+ years of dedicated experience with the formal title / role of Architect (System Architect / Firmware Architect) – Mandatory
• Proven deep specialization and hands-on domain mastery in Firmware Development & Architecture (Bare-Metal, RTOS, Microcontrollers, SoCs) – Mandatory
• Deep expertise in Hardware-Software Partitioning, Silicon Bring-Up, Low-Level Interfaces (PCIe, I2C, SPI, UART, DMA), and Memory Architectures – Mandatory
• High proficiency in C / C++ for low-level embedded systems and firmware development – Mandatory
• Strong architectural vision, technical leadership capabilities, and excellent cross-functional communication skills – Mandatory
• Background in Semiconductor, AI Processors, GPUs/NPUs, High-Speed Communication, or Complex SoCs – Significant Advantage
