Development Team Lead

We’re hiring a Development Team Lead – Hands-On to join a fast-paced, technology-driven company operating in the online marketing space.

We’re looking for an experienced engineering leader who combines strong technical capabilities with proven people management skills — someone who enjoys leading a team, making architectural decisions, and still being actively involved in the code.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, owning both technical execution and team development

• Stay hands-on and actively contribute to development, code reviews, and technical problem-solving

• Drive architecture and technical decisions for scalable, high-performance systems

• Own the development lifecycle from design through production

• Work closely with Product, Data, DevOps, and other stakeholders

• Improve engineering practices, code quality, performance, and development processes

• Take ownership of complex technical challenges in a fast-moving, data-driven environment

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Development Team Lead / Tech Lead

• Strong hands-on software development background

• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, E-commerce, or online performance marketing environments – MUST

• Experience building and maintaining scalable, high-traffic web applications and systems

• Strong understanding of software architecture and modern development practices

• Experience with cloud environments and CI/CD processes

• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures – an advantage

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a high level of ownership
