Product Manager

The company's platform maps organizational sensitive data flows across cloud infrastructure, browsers, and endpoint devices, utilizing intelligent AI classification to proactively detect and mitigate data leaks in real time.

Backed by substantial institutional funding and demonstrating proven commercial traction with global Fortune 500 enterprises, the company operates its core R&D headquarters in Israel.

Located in central Tel Aviv (walking distance from the light-rail station), operating on a full-time, on-site work model.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Product Manager (Sole PM) reporting directly to the Head of Product, taking end-to-end product ownership and shaping the core roadmap for a high-scale, data-driven security platform.
• Defining, prioritizing, and executing strategic product roadmaps, feature architectures, and go-to-market milestones aligned with core business objectives.
• Leading customer discovery sessions, engaging deeply with enterprise CISO and security teams, and translating user feedback into clear product requirements (PRDs/User Stories).
• Championing a data-driven product culture, establishing and monitoring critical product metrics, KPIs, and user engagement analytics.
• Partnering cross-functionally and daily with Engineering, AI/Data Science, Security Research, and GTM teams to deliver scalable, high-impact features.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager (B2B SaaS / Enterprise software) – Mandatory
• Proven experience managing and scaling at least two different products across their lifecycle – Mandatory
• Deep understanding of Data-Driven Product Management, Product KPIs, and High-Scale Architectures – Mandatory
• High customer-facing orientation, strong facilitation skills, and ability to lead enterprise customer discovery – Mandatory
• Fluent, high-level English communication skills (written and verbal) – Mandatory
• Strong technical background (e.g., degree in CS/Engineering or former software/technical background) – Advantage
• Substantial domain expertise in Cybersecurity (DLP, Cloud Security, Endpoint, or Data Security) – Significant Advantage
• Experience working in Early-Stage / Fast-Paced Startups – Advantage
• "Builder mentality" with proven track record of taking zero-to-one domain ownership – Advantage
