Company Description DPM – Dynamic Parking Management develops DPM+, an application designed to manage parking lots and hotseat workstations for companies and organizations. The solution helps reduce costs and save time for employees and guests by streamlining how parking spaces and workstations are located and reserved. It optimizes the use of reserved and double-parking spots, including spaces assigned to executives who are out of the office, increasing overall employee satisfaction. By automating parking allocation and enabling efficient double parking with clear communication between drivers, DPM+ creates more usable parking spaces for more users. The application is cost-effective and easily integrated, requiring no additional systems or software investments.

Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work on-site in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, in a part-time capacity. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting DPM+ solutions, and supporting the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing and follow-up. The specialist will contribute to marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, pipeline development, and deal closure.
• Relevant experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or mobility/parking solutions is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in the Tel Aviv District, manage multiple tasks independently, and meet defined targets.
• Basic data analysis, and MS Office or similar productivity software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
