BI Systems Analyst

We are hiring a BI Systems Analyst for a leading insurance company located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a hybrid model with one day working from home, from offices conveniently located near a train station
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, BI teams, Data Engineers, and Developers to analyze and define end-to-end BI solutions
• Define data models and ETL processes
• Write business and technical specification documents, design dashboards and reports, and write SQL queries
• Support development and testing processes while working with Microsoft, Azure, Databricks, and Tableau environments as part of cross-organizational Data projects

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a BI Systems Analyst
• Experience working with SQL, Data Warehousing (DWH), and ETL processes
• Experience designing dashboards and reports using Tableau, Cognos, or Power BI
• Experience working with Azure, Databricks, and Microsoft environments
• Experience in an insurance company – advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
