Information System Manager

We are looking for an experienced Information Systems Manager (CIO / IT Manager) to join a leading construction and real estate company in the Sharon area.

This is a key role with overall responsibility for the company’s information systems, digital transformation, business applications, and technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s information systems and IT operations.
• Manage and optimize Priority ERP, including construction-specific modules.
• Lead cross-functional technology and digital transformation projects.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into effective technological solutions.
• Improve and automate organizational processes.
• Manage software, infrastructure, and technology vendors.
• Develop and implement BI reports and management dashboards.
• Lead integrations between Priority and additional organizational systems, including Sachel and BIM.
• Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Work closely with management and business units across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing information systems in a medium-to-large organization.
• Previous experience in the construction, real estate development, or real estate industry – mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with Priority ERP – mandatory.
• Experience with construction-related Priority modules, including Budget Control and Tenant Changes / Buyer Modifications.
• Proven experience in business process analysis and system implementation.
• Experience managing software and IT infrastructure vendors.
• Experience working with Sachel and BIM.
• Experience developing BI reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, and their implementation in business processes.
• Strong business orientation, project management skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholder.
