A leading technology organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Senior BI Systems Analyst to join a complex enterprise environment and take a key role in designing and delivering advanced BI and Data solutions.

The role combines Systems Analysis, Data Modeling, DWH, advanced SQL, and Project Management, with end to end involvement from understanding business needs to designing and implementing the right technological solution.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and design complex BI solutions and systems

• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications

• Define and design reports and dashboards based on business requirements

• Perform Data Modeling and design data structures

• Create Source to Target mapping documents

• Work hands on with advanced SQL

• Take part in designing and implementing DWH solutions integrating multiple data sources

• Combine Systems Analysis, BI implementation, and Project Management

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, customers, and technology teams

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience

• At least 6 years of BI experience within the last 8 years

• Strong experience in BI Systems Analysis and solution design

• Proven Data Modeling experience

• Experience creating Source to Target documentation

• Advanced SQL skills

• Experience analyzing requirements and writing specifications for reports and dashboards

• Experience designing and implementing DWH solutions integrating multiple data sources

• Systems Analysis experience

• Project Management experience
