Head of Planning & Control Administration – Aviation | Aviation Division

We are looking for a Head of Planning & Control Administration to join the Aircraft Business Line within IAI’s Aviation Division.

The position includes:

• Leading planning, management and control processes for work plans, business KPIs, budgets and execution of all projects

• Defining and implementing control processes and tools to support organizational and strategic objectives

• Serving as a member of the plant management team and reporting directly to the Plant Manager

• Supporting strategic decision-making and leading cross-organizational processes at the plant level

• Directly managing the plant’s Planning & Control Engineers and strengthening synergy between work plans across the organization

• Working closely with business units and operational departments across the plant

Requirements:

• Israeli citizenship

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in project management, project planning & control, or equivalent managerial roles

• Experience in budget and workload planning at a plant level of 300+ employees

• Experience in inventory management and control

• Proven experience managing at least 5 employees directly

• Good command of English – reading, writing and speaking

Additional criteria (advantage):

• Master’s degree

• Experience leading proposals and quotations

• Knowledge of procurement and bidding processes

• Strong business understanding

• Experience building and controlling work plans for development and serial production programs
