A leading insurance organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Digital PMO to support and oversee the Digital domain's work plan, budgets, resources, and project execution.

The role involves working closely with Project Managers, Development teams, business stakeholders, and senior managers in a large Enterprise environment.

What You'll Do

• Support and oversee the Digital domain's annual work plan

• Work closely with Project Managers, Development teams, business stakeholders, and managers

• Monitor project timelines, scope, budgets, and deliverables

• Manage ongoing budget control and track planned versus actual performance

• Build and maintain management metrics and reporting processes

• Track and manage KPIs and project risks

• Support resource planning and allocation based on the work plan

• Monitor releases, tasks, and project progress across multiple teams

• Provide ongoing visibility into project and program status

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a PMO in Information Systems projects, required

• Previous PMO experience in a large Enterprise organization, required

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Business Administration, required

• Advanced Excel skills, required

• Experience working with Jira

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word

• Strong analytical, organizational, and self learning skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with multiple stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in an insurance company

• Experience in financial organizations

• Experience supporting Digital projects or programs
