The company has engineered a breakthrough software platform that enables global telecommunications providers, cloud giants, and tier-1 network operators to massively scale network capacity while significantly reducing operational and infrastructure costs.

Employing hundreds of professionals worldwide, the company maintains its core global R&D and engineering headquarters in Israel alongside international hubs.

Located in the Central region, operating on a hybrid work model with 1 day WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Director / Manager of Data Center Operations & Infrastructure, managing and leading a global engineering group of 10 infrastructure and operations engineers (distributed across Israel and the US).
• Owning the end-to-end strategy, operational excellence, deployment, and lifecycle management of multiple high-scale data center sites, cloud platforms, and R&D lab environments simultaneously.
• Leading global infrastructure capacity planning, resource forecasting, procurement strategies, and hardware scaling.
• Driving high availability, resilience, and performance optimization across massive networking and compute topologies.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, DevOps, Security, and System Architecture leadership to align infrastructure operations with rapid business growth.

Requirements-

• 8 years of hands-on experience in Data Center Operations, Enterprise Infrastructure Management, or Large-Scale Lab Operations – Mandatory
• Proven managerial track record leading technical teams of 10+ engineers within a global tech company – Mandatory
• Strong, deep hands-on expertise in Advanced Networking Technologies and Large-Scale Network Architectures – Mandatory
• Proven experience managing multiple Data Centers, POPs, or large-scale Lab facilities simultaneously across distributed geographic regions – Mandatory
• Demonstrated success in Capacity Planning, Infrastructure Scaling, and High-Availability Architecture – Mandatory
• Experience managing globally distributed teams (Israel & US) – Mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal, strategic leadership, and stakeholder-management skills – Mandatory
• Fluent, high-level English (both written and verbal) – Mandatory
