Mertens MalamTeam is looking for a NOC Operator to join the operations center of a leading organization in Central Israel

The role focuses on monitoring and maintaining critical systems, including VM servers and additional IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability and operational continuity

Responsibilities

Monitor IT systems, VM servers, networks, and enterprise applications

Identify and analyze incidents in real time, provide initial response, document issues, and escalate them to the relevant teams

Work with advanced monitoring tools and activate emergency procedures during critical incidents

Collaborate with Support, Development, and external vendors

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in Technical Support or a NOC environment is a significant advantage

Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems

Experience with VMware or Hyper-V is an advantage

Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN

Experience with Zabbix or SolarWinds is an advantage

Experience with SQL is an advantage

Familiarity with Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus

Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to incidents

Good English reading, writing, and speaking skills

Availability for 24/7 shift work
