About the Company

Overall responsibility for the PVC plant in all its aspects - operations, production, quality, safety, maintenance, process engineering, production planning and manpower - while meeting company goals, continuously improving plant performance, leading managers and employees and meeting safety requirements.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities Overall management of plant operations and leading the management team. (Approximately 90 employees, including 7 middle managers, 2 process engineers, a technical manager and a TAF)

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for meeting safety, quality, productivity and operational efficiency goals.
• Leading middle managers and developing human capital.
• Managing and planning production while meeting delivery goals.
• Promoting Lean processes and continuous improvement.
• Responsibility for the areas of quality, maintenance, engineering and investments in the factory.
• Analyzing performance indicators - OEE, KPI and leading efficiency processes.
• Ongoing work with internal organizational interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and management or a relevant degree - required.
• At least 5 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing plant with over 40 employees, including managing middle managers - required.
• Experience in managing a production system operating in a 3-shift format - a significant advantage.
• High availability and providing a 24/7 operational response, including arriving at the factory at unusual hours when necessary.
