Global Talent Acquisition & HRBP

We're seeking a proactive and sharp Global Talent Acquisition & HRBP to join our Global HR team and help us scale smart, fast and with purpose.

We are seeing this position as a true partner to the business, working globally across multiple functions including Sales, Operations, R&D, and Engineering.

In this role, you'll lead global recruitment activities, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring across Europe and Israel, while also partnering with managers on key people processes, manager and employee development, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

🌍 What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition:

• Manage full-cycle global recruitment — from JD to offer
• Build and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, AI tools and creative channels
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and craft engaging job descriptions
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth, high-quality candidate experience
• Build talent pipelines for future needs
• Bring new ideas and TA trends to keep us sharp and competitive
  
  

• Support onboarding and performance review processes
• Assist with welfare initiatives and employee engagement activities
• Provide basic HR guidance on policies and labor law topics as needed
• Support managers on day-to-day people management topics and employee-related matters
• Support manager and employee development initiatives, including feedback, development needs, and relevant HR programs
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition - with a strong focus on global sourcing (R&D and GTM)
• Hands-on experience in HR processes, including onboarding, performance management and welfare activities
• Proven ability to recruit for diverse functions: Sales, R&D, Engineering, Operations
• Deep sourcing expertise and comfort with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, boolean search, and more
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tech tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
