OEM Supply Operations & Program Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an OEM Supply Operations & Program Manager to lead supply chain operations, programs, and cross-functional projects within a global OEM environment.

The role serves as a central point of connection between R&D, OEM manufacturers, Procurement, Quality, Finance, Logistics, Sales, and subsidiaries, with overall responsibility for ensuring product availability, meeting delivery targets, leading new product launches, and driving continuous improvement across operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of supply planning and supply management with OEM manufacturers.
• Lead Demand & Supply Planning processes to ensure product availability and meet market demand.
• Manage cross-functional programs and projects, including New Product Introduction (NPI), technology changes, and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate and lead interfaces between R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Logistics, Sales, and subsidiaries.
• Monitor production plans, lead times, inventory levels, and key milestones, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation and action plans.
• Manage ongoing communication with subsidiaries, providing proactive updates regarding product availability, production status, delivery schedules, and allocations.
• Lead the resolution of operational issues and develop and execute Recovery Plans in cases of delays, shortages, or supply disruptions.
• Initiate and lead improvements in operational, planning, coordination, and service processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or Program/Project Management within an OEM or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional processes and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong ownership, initiative, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
