Ready to take a key role in shaping a large scale Mobile platform?

A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Senior Mobile Developer to join its Mobile team and play a central role in the transition toward a Flutter First development approach.

This is a hands on role combining product development, mobile infrastructure, architecture, code quality, and technical mentorship.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain Mobile applications across Flutter, Android, and iOS

• Play a key role in the transition to a Flutter First architecture

• Build product features alongside scalable Mobile infrastructure

• Lead Code Reviews and develop Unit Tests

• Promote Clean Code and high engineering standards

• Mentor developers and collaborate with senior engineers on the technological direction of the Mobile platform

• Identify technical risks and troubleshoot performance and scalability issues

• Work closely with Product and Design teams to turn business requirements into scalable technical solutions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, required

• 4+ years of professional development experience, required

• 3+ years of Flutter development experience, required

• 2+ years of Native Android and/or iOS development experience, required

• Hands on development experience using GenAI, Agents, and/or MCP, required

• Deep understanding of Mobile architectures and architectural trade offs

• Experience developing modular applications

• Hands on experience writing testable code and Unit Tests

• Strong understanding of Multi Threaded Programming

• Experience identifying and resolving CPU, Memory, and Rendering performance issues

• Strong Git experience in large development teams, including advanced branching strategies such as GitFlow

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive engineering mindset
