SOC Analyst Tier 1 | Leading Healthcare Organization | Central Israel

A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for a SOC Analyst Tier 1 to join its 24/7 Security Operations Center and take an active role in monitoring, detecting, investigating, and escalating cybersecurity events across a complex enterprise environment.

What You'll Do

• Continuously monitor security systems and enterprise environments

• Identify, investigate, and classify cybersecurity alerts and events

• Perform Alert Triage and distinguish False Positives from genuine security incidents

• Open and document Incidents and escalate relevant events to Tier 2

• Work hands on with SIEM and SOAR platforms

• Create and maintain SOC procedures, processes, and detection rules

• Ensure accurate handovers between shifts

• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, Cloud, DevOps, MLOps, and AIOps teams

• Work closely with IR, Research, Red Team, and other Cybersecurity teams

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience working in a SOC environment

• 1+ year of experience working with SOAR platforms

• Experience with SIEM platforms, Splunk preferred

• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/S

• Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments

• Relevant academic education, professional Cybersecurity training, or applicable technological background

• Good Hebrew and English communication skills

• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment and participate in emergency on call coverage

• Availability for 5 shifts per week, including Friday and Saturday, required
