PipeFX builds the systems behind creative and media production at scale — the pipelines, services and tooling that turn a good idea into something that runs reliably, every time.

We're a small team, and we work the way we think media is going in 2026: AI tooling in the daily workflow, short paths from idea to finished cut, and very little process for its own sake. Craft still matters here — the tools got faster, the bar for what's actually good didn't move.

As a Video Editor at PipeFX you'll cut football content — the kind that has to land in the first two seconds or it's gone.

Day to day, that looks like:

• Editing in DaVinci Resolve: assembly, pacing, sound, color, finishing
• Turning raw match and long-form footage into short-form cuts built for social
• Choosing the moments — knowing which twelve seconds of ninety minutes are the ones worth keeping
• Working with AI tools inside the edit workflow, and helping us figure out where they actually help and where they get in the way
• Keeping projects and media organized well enough that someone else could pick them up

What we care about most: taste, and speed. That you can tell the difference between a cut that's fine and a cut that's good — and get to the second one without three days of deliberation.

Full-time, on-site in Ramat Gan.

What you need:

• Strong hands-on DaVinci Resolve skills — it's the tool we work in
• A real love for football. Not "I follow a bit" — someone who knows what turns a good moment into a big one
• A feel for pacing, rhythm and sound, and an eye for the frame
• Understanding of short-form and what makes people stop scrolling
• Curiosity about technology. We use AI tools every day and that's only growing — you don't need to know them, you need to want to
• Ability to own a piece end to end and deliver on time

We'll teach you the tools. The editing instinct, and the love for the game — those you bring.

What will make you stand out:

• A reel that makes the point in the first ten seconds
• Football content you've cut, at any scale — a club, a page, a channel, or your own
• Motion graphics, sound design, or color work beyond the basics
