Export Control Officer

For our site in Rehovot, we are looking for an Export Control Officer to take part in a meaningful role at the heart of the organization’s business and defense activities

In This Role You Will

Work closely with multiple stakeholders across the division and maintain ongoing interfaces with relevant Israeli Ministry of Defense departments

Develop a deep understanding of the division’s marketing activities in order to identify and proactively address licensing and permit requirements

Manage the division’s export and marketing licensing activities, including work with dedicated information systems

Provide professional guidance and support on export control matters across the division

Lead process improvement initiatives related to licensing and permit procedures

Prepare and coordinate licensing documentation and submissions with the Defense Export Controls Agency (DECA)

Monitor application statuses, update relevant systems, and distribute licenses to the appropriate stakeholders

Deliver training sessions and implement export control procedures within the division

Requirements

B.Sc. degree in Engineering or Physics

Familiarity with export control regulations - Advantage

Familiarity with complex technological products and systems – Advantage

Good English proficiency with emphasis on reading and writing

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, and ability to work with diverse interfaces
