Project Manager

We are recruiting a Google Workspace Project Manager for a government organization located in the Jerusalem area

Responsibilities:

• Leading a cross-organizational technology project for the transition to and implementation of a Google Workspace environment
• Analyzing processes and building a Roadmap
• Implementing and deploying solutions across the organization
• Adapting solutions to business needs and developing training plans
• Managing interfaces, promoting automation, and integrating AI capabilities into work processes

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience managing IT and technology projects, with an emphasis on cross-organizational and multi-interface projects
• Experience leading implementation processes and organizational change management, including developing training plans and supporting users
• Experience managing matrix interfaces, working with senior stakeholders, and driving partners without direct authority
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or enterprise cloud environments, Collaboration, productivity, and knowledge management tools
• Experience in process analysis, building Roadmaps, defining milestones and metrics, and measuring business value
