Senior Technical Program Manager, NVIS Agentic AI

Become a Technical Program Manager on NVIDIA’s NVIS Agentic Team in Israel, driving the redesign of workflows through AI to develop innovative capabilities. This is a distinctive role within a team that promotes agentic approaches and advances agentic tool development.

As an expert Technical Program Manager, you will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centered environment. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to assess, outline, and detailed carry out agentic initiatives. This involves bringing to bear current capabilities, crafting new ones, and developing detailed strategies and timelines. By guiding through influence, you will ensure smooth partnerships and effective process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Help NVIS build agent tools to simplify the AI Factory Builds motion and make it agentic end to end.
• Engage with NVIDIA Solution Architect teams during planning and implementation phases of agent build.
• Develop and guide detailed implementation plans and roadmaps, coordinating across several teams.
• Drive projects by influencing others, coordinating shared measurements with those outside your direct reporting line.
• Assist Technical Solution Architects in embracing and developing agentic capabilities.
• Provide valuable feedback to internal teams by detailing customer needs, identifying gaps, and suggesting improvements.
  
  

• BSc/MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of validated experience.
• Validated experience in agentic solution architecture.
• Experience working with customers while coordinating with internal departments to identify and implement technical projects.
• Verified skill in formulating and advising project plans and strategic pathways.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to address customer-blocking issues efficiently. Skilled in verbal and written English.
• Proven interpersonal competence with the skill to prioritize and balance several tasks while working autonomously.
• Ability to coordinate activities across teams and handle shared metrics without possessing direct authority.
  
  

• Hands-on experience building agentic tooling.
• Proven track record of helping customers adopt AI and agentic capabilities.
• Experience in developing roadmaps and leading implementation across multiple teams.
• Expertise in collecting customer feedback and translating it into improvements for internal products and tooling.
