Program Lead

CodeValue is looking for an experienced Program Lead to join a large-scale Enterprise project in the banking and financial services domain.

The project involves complex technology environments, multiple teams and stakeholders, and critical Enterprise systems. This is an opportunity to take a central role in driving a strategic technology program in a highly complex and business-critical environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead a complex technology program from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate multiple teams, workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Own program governance, roadmap, risks, dependencies, and delivery planning.
• Work closely with technology, architecture, delivery, and business stakeholders.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and overall program progress.
• Identify risks and blockers and drive their resolution.
• Provide clear visibility and status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
  
  

• Proven experience leading complex technology programs in an Enterprise environment.
• Strong Program / Delivery Management experience.
• Experience with governance, roadmaps, dependencies, and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in complex technology environments.
• Experience in banking or financial services – a strong advantage.
• Experience in consulting or a multi-customer environment – an advantage.
