Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day commercial and logistics operations of the company's products.
• Monitor and coordinate order management, inventory control, and product supply processes with local and international suppliers, manufacturers, and distribution partners.
• Maintain ongoing communication with health maintenance organizations (HMOs), pharmacies, business customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support sales and commercial activities, including performance tracking, data analysis, and report generation.
• Work closely with the Finance Department on procurement activities, invoices, reconciliations, and supplier/customer settlements.
• Coordinate cross-functional processes and ensure continuous operational control in a multi-interface environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operational, logistics, or commercial role within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing parallel processes.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
