Project Manager- Construction- Israel/ Europe

Enlight Renewable Energy is a leading publicly traded Israeli company operating in Israel and globally.

The company specializes in the initiation, development, construction, and operation of renewable energy power generation projects.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Construction Department - projects in Israel and Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Manage renewable energy construction projects in Israel and Europe, including solar farms, energy storage systems, and wind projects.
• Lead projects end-to-end — from procurement, contract negotiations, and contractor selection, through financial close and on-site construction, to handover for operations, including management of all contracts and resources.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality, including risk management throughout the project lifecycle, development of mitigation plans, and their implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal interfaces, including business development, project development, engineering, procurement, finance, and more.
• Manage external stakeholders, including contractors, global equipment suppliers, project management and supervision companies, business partners, lenders, and others.
• Provide regular project updates and represent project progress to internal stakeholders (management) and external parties (partners, lenders, etc.).
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical / civil / mechanical / industrial engineering or other relevant fields — mandatory.
• At least 5 years of prior experience managing infrastructure, construction, process, or energy projects, including contractor and designer management, schedule management, budget management, and risk management for projects valued at tens of millions of NIS or more — mandatory.
• Previous experience in the renewable energy sector — an advantage.
• Experience managing international projects remotely — a significant advantage.
• Experience working abroad or with international contractors — a significant advantage.
• Strong self-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple interfaces simultaneously.
• Strong technical orientation with the ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail and making decisions on large-scale projects.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project (or Primavera alternatively) — mandatory.
• High level of English (spoken, reading, and writing) — mandatory. Additional languages — an advantage.
• The role may include international travel.
